BotSpot AI is an enterprise AI agents and Automated Inference platform. We help businesses build, deploy, and govern AI agents that turn AI workflows into measurable, repeatable outcomes — what we call Automated Inference.
Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Chennai, India, BotSpot serves three audiences: enterprises deploying governed agent systems, individual publishers monetizing agents on the marketplace, and campus users learning to build with AI.

BotSpot is the core enterprise agent platform. It brings together five products that handle the full lifecycle of building, evaluating, governing, and operating AI agents:
- AgentHub — Visual tool for designing and orchestrating multi-agent workflows across prompts, models, and logic.
- Eval Forge — Evaluation and testing framework for AI agents and prompts, with versioning and regression tracking.
- Model Library — Centralized catalog of models available for use in agent workflows, with policy and access controls.
- Prompt Center — Versioned prompt management with team collaboration, review, and governance.
- MYCREW — AI workforce dashboard with a built-in marketplace. Run and manage AI agents like employees — performance monitoring, cost tracking, operations control — and discover or acquire more agents in one place.
The BotSpot Product Family
BotSpot ships four distinct products across the main site and three subdomains. They are complementary, not interchangeable:
- BotSpot (botspot.app) — the core enterprise agent platform described above. Built for organizations that need governed, auditable AI agent deployments.
- Workbench (workbench.botspot.app) — the AI building studio. Combines prompting, model selection, agent orchestration, evaluation, and a playground in one environment, so builders can design, test, and refine AI agents without switching tools.
- Workforce (workforce.botspot.app) — a separate AI marketplace and complete AI ecosystem product, distinct from the core agent platform. This is where end users discover and use AI agents built by publishers.
- MYCREW (mycrew.botspot.app) — BotSpot's AI workforce dashboard. Where teams run and manage AI agents like employees, with a built-in marketplace for discovering and acquiring more agents.
