Create a link in one click

Open any agent in My Crew, click “Create a link”, and copy it. That's the whole setup. The person you send it to opens a clean hosted page and starts chatting immediately — they don't need the BotSpot app, an account, or anything installed.

It's built for the moments where a login gets in the way: a prospect who wants to try before buying, a customer you're onboarding live, or a colleague you need feedback from this afternoon.

One link, one person, one conversation

Each link works exactly once. Once your customer has had their chat, the link stops working — so it can't be forwarded around or quietly reused after the conversation you intended it for.

Need to reach someone else? Create a fresh link. Every link is its own isolated conversation, so nobody sees anyone else's history.

Make the page look like you

Set the heading, a welcome message, an accent color, and your logo. The shared page reads as an extension of your brand rather than a generic form, which matters when it's the first thing a customer sees.

Still prefer an embed?

Embedding hasn't gone anywhere. If you already have a website, the Embed option still drops the same AI straight onto your own page. Share Links are for when you just want to send something quickly to one person.
